In the event that your order doesn’t reach you within the specified timeframe detailed in our Refund Policy, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund for your purchase.

ORDER EXCHANGE

Exchanging Ordered Items!

  • Unfortunately, our system does not support post-order modifications through exchanges.
  • Customers are accountable for carefully verifying all details, including item dimensions, design, and quantity.
  • We are unable to process requests for exchanges or returns related to errors in selection, size.
  • Orders can be canceled and replaced with a new order within 24 hours from the original placement. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order Cancellation Time Frame: 6 hours

  • Requests for cancellations can only be considered within a 6-hour period starting from the moment the order is placed.
  • Once this timeframe has passed, the order may have already entered the processing stage.
  • A cancellation fee, amounting to 10% of the total order value, will be applicable.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts up to 15 days from the date of delivery. We do not offer returns/refunds for any orders outside the US. All international sales will be final.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will supply you with a return shipping label, and return shipping costs + 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

If the seal is opened or if the product is used, there will be a minimum of 20% restocking fee (This could increase depending on the level of usage).

Your return shipment will be inspected, and we will process the refund to your original method of payment or store credit. Please allow us two days to process the refund once we receive the product back.

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY

Shipping insurance is automatically activated for your order to ensure coverage against any loss, damage, or issues that may arise during delivery. If you choose to deactivate this option and proceed without shipping insurance, you assume full responsibility for the order once it leaves our facility. This means you agree to handle any issues related to loss, damage, or any other problems during delivery without seeking compensation or assistance from our company.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Our policy remains effective for a duration of 30 days starting from the date of delivery.
  • Within this 30-day period, items can be returned or exchanged without incurring additional fees, except for the cost of return shipping.
  • Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are damaged or lost during the return shipping process.
  • Any refund or return requests that do not meet the qualifying criteria or result in lost items during the procedure are not within our responsibility.
